With over 19 years of experience in sports rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and massage, I combine Ukrainian medical traditions with modern European techniques. I am a qualified physiotherapist currently studying at Sallynoggin College of Further Education (Ireland), specializing in Personal Training and Sports Rehabilitation. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree from Donetsk State Institute of Health, Physical Education and Sports, where I specialized in human health, physical education, and sports rehabilitation. This is my second higher education — my first degree is from the Donbas National Academy of Construction and Architecture.

I am a full member of the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) and officially registered for income tax in Ireland as a certified therapist.

Over the years, I have completed (and continue to pursue) numerous professional certifications and advanced training, including:

As a Master of Sports of Ukraine in Olympic weightlifting, I understand from personal experience how crucial recovery, massage, and physical balance are. For six years, I trained 10 times a week — and massage was a weekly necessity for performance, injury prevention, and recovery.

Today, I welcome clients to SymmetryHL, my private practice in Blackrock, Dublin, where I offer a personalized combination of deep tissue and sports massage, rehabilitation therapy, physiotherapy, taping, and body care treatments.
